Cold pressed coconut oil: Is it as good as it sounds?

When talking of coconut oil, let’s restrict our study to the purest form of coconut oil available in the market, that is, cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil. There has been no such an industry standard for the meaning of "virgin" coconut oil.
